DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates and maintains records with Central Warehouse staff.
- Creates and modifies various documents, i.e., training records, organizational charts, office space, and office assignments.
- Provides direct support to the Central Warehouse staff, assisting in daily office needs, dissemination of new directives, company’s business practice, and policies along with managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Provides administrative function in the maintenance of all pertinent files, generating reports,
presentations, graphs, and charts.
- Prepares requisition/MPR for all various office materials, supplies and equipment and ensures it adequately level of availability.
- Conducts clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new hire employees.
- Responsible for consolidating paper timesheets of all employees.
- Maintain personnel records to include a screening of Leave / R&R Requests and Personnel Action Notices (for travel, promotions, transfer, and termination) before submitting them to the Human Resources Department.
- Accepts and reviews correspondence, messages, and other paperwork to determine the nature of action and forwards them to the appropriate persons.
- Typical duties include general clerical and project-based work.
- Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department but are mainly administrative in nature.
- Under close supervision, works to complete defined tasks IAW standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures.
- Supports general business operations by providing simple administrative support activities
BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Must possess administrative, organizational, and computer skills to include proficiency with
Microsoft Office suite including (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and under changing priorities.
- Previous experience with, or an ability to learn to use common office equipment, such as modern phone systems, and copy machines.
- Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments.
- Ability to work quickly and in a potentially high-stress environment.
- Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication
channels.
- Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
- Must have a valid and be able to obtain driver’s license and be able to drive manual and/or automatic transmission vehicle.

EDUCATION:
- Must have at least a high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business and Industrial areas and/or general office experience performing the full range of office support duties.
Basic terms of the job offer.
- Assignment Duration: 12 months. Renewal subject to performance and project status.
- Base Monthly Salary: 48 hours per week minimum work requirement: $600 (based on 48 hr. work week requirement)
- Working schedule: 48 hours per week (8 hours per day/6 days a week)
- Payroll period: Monthly. Amount give take home.
- Overtime: Work more than 8 hours per day or work performed on a rest day and/or holiday,
will be paid as overtime at the base salary rate.
- Accommodations: Housing, transportation, meals in-country, and laundry facilities are provided
- Sick Leave: Employee will accrue 2.67 hours of sick leave for each full month of service, beginning with the completion of the first full month of Foreign Service employment.
- Annual leave Up to 21 days paid at the end of each 12-month contract.
- Travel will be provided by the employer to the employee’s home country.
