BARBER
A reputable men’s grooming and hairdressing establishment in Saudi Arabia is seeking skilled, hardworking and customer-focused Barbers to join its team in either Al-Ahsa or Al-Khobar.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional men’s haircuts and styling services.
- Perform beard trimming, shaping and shaving.
- Provide professional hair and beard grooming according to customers’ preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the barbering area.
- Properly clean and maintain barbering tools and equipment.
- Consult customers to understand their preferred hairstyles and grooming requirements.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming services where appropriate.
- Deliver friendly, professional and courteous customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional appearance always.
- Work efficiently to serve customers within the required time.
- Contribute towards achieving the establishment’s monthly performance and sales targets.
- Follow workplace rules, health and safety procedures and customer service standards.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum academic qualification: KCSE or equivalent.
- Certificate or other recognized training in Barbering, Hairdressing, Cosmetology or Men’s Grooming will be an added advantage.
- Practical barbering skills and relevant work experience are highly valued.
- Previous experience working in a professional barbershop or men’s grooming establishment is required.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate competence in modern men’s hairstyles, beard grooming and general barbering services.

Applicants must be between 20 and 29 years of age.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working Hours: 12 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
Annual Leave: 21 days
Air Ticket: Provided every 2 years
Location: Al-Ahsa or Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Basic Salary: SAR 1,500–2,000 per month.
In addition to the basic salary, successful candidates will be eligible for a percentage commission upon reaching the agreed performance or sales target.
