POSITION TITLE: Warehouseman Foreman
DEPARTMENT: M&A – PSM (Central Warehouse)
POSITION REPORT TO: Warehouse Manager
OVERVIEW:
Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities. Responsible for warehouse establishment of document files, and the preparation of required documents and reports. Maintains inventories and completes records. Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third-party rentals. Under general supervision, receives moderate guidance on work priority. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of services. Evaluates service execution for compliance to contract, schedule, cost budgets, and quality. Advises team on status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors about the scope of work. Informs team of updates to safety rules and procedures.
DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for daily TSTI (Total Safety Task Instruction) and AHA (Activity Harzard Analysis)
- Support Company’s Zero Harm Program & Sustainability Efforts
- Key Point of Contact relating to all off and onsite receiving activities, deliveries to jobsite and warehouse
- Performing inventories, audits, verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages.
- Routing materials to prescribed storage locations.
- Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials IAW prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, and removing material from storage.
- Issue and receive parts, supplies, and material to customers out of a variety of stores and maintain records of all transactions.
- Operate vehicle, forklift, and hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
- Performs mandatory periodic audit\inventory actions, interacts with customers; updates computer systems, and maintains 100% accountability of all transactions and warehouse inventories.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
- Knowledgeable in warehouse operations, issues, sorts, receives, processes, and stores material and stocks.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Must possess administrative, organizational, and computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through to completion on multiple tasks, under strict deadlines and changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers.
- Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
- Must have a valid and be able to obtain driver’s license with the following codes (2,3 or B1, B2 or D).
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, man lift, etc.
- Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and storage requirements to meet compatibility of products based on hazard class is required.

EDUCATION:
- Must have at least a High School diploma is required; Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years supervisory experience.
- 3 – 5 years of experience working in construction.
- 5 -10 years of experience working in warehousing, receiving, inventory controls or material management
Basic terms of the job offer.
- Assignment Duration: 12 months. Renewal subject to performance.
- Base Monthly Salary: 48 hours per week minimum work requirement: $600.00 (based on 48 hr. work week requirement)
- Working schedule: 48 hours per week (8 hours per day/6 days a week)
- Payroll period: Monthly. Amount give take home.
- Overtime: Work more than 8 hours per day or work performed on a rest day and/or holiday, will be paid as overtime at the base salary rate.
- Accommodations: Housing, transportation, meals in-country, and laundry facilities are provided
- Sick Leave: Employee will accrue 2.67 hours of sick leave for each full month of service, beginning with the completion of the first full month of Foreign Service employment.
- Annual leave Up to 21 days paid at the end of each 12-month contract.
- Travel will be provided by the employer to the employee’s home country.
