Caretaker Tasks:
Clean offices and equipment regularly to enable staff work in a clean environment;
Deliver and collect mail from various offices in a timely flow and effective manner;
Prepare and serve tea in the offices in a timely manner as well as ensure cleaning and safe keeping of the office crockery;
Prepare meeting rooms and venues and provide catering requirements as requested.
Driver / Representative Tasks
Drive the staff members on official duty and ensure their safety while on transit.
Report any incidences such as accidents, breakdowns, theft e.t.c. that may occur on the assigned vehicles to ensure that timely and appropriate action is taken.
Our client a multinational organization is urgently looking to fill vacancies for their operation at Diego Garcia, Indian Ocean Island. The incumbent provides manual labor services and assists the skilled tradesmen for the completion of tasks mainly in painting & sandblasting and other works such as; ship line handling, carpentry, mechanical, rigging, structural/piping repairs, electrical, supply, dry-docking and undocking of boat/craft and shipboard cleaning and preservation work.
